Buyer posts a request

Signed with a pseudonym unique to that request, so separate postings cannot be linked back into one company's roadmap.

The buyer immediately sees their full profile — name, skills, site, contact, registry verification.

Supplier still sees nothing

Only the request text and the buyer's bucketed track record. No name, no domain, no clue.

Buyer approves

Only then does that supplier learn who the company is, and a private thread opens between the two.

Both sides are checked

Verification runs against the official public registers — ARES for Czech entities, RPO for Slovak ones including the živnostenský register, and VIES for EU VAT. An IČO is enough, so sole traders qualify without a domain, a company email, or a VAT number.
